大学職員の人事制度再編プロセスに関する考察 : A大学新人事制度の事例を踏まえて

概要 In future, the role and the position of university staffs will be important in advancing the education・study・contribution to a community in a university. And the personnel system reform of university ...staff will be important to cope with it. But the introduction of the personnel system including the evaluation system of university staff in private university does not easily progress. Because the university has been managed smoothly so far. But the university management will meet a very severe times from now on. In that case, an effective personnel system will be necessary to improve quality of university staff and cut the expense. An effective personnel system is that 1. evaluation 2. treatment 3. training are functioning organically. This research explains the issues when the new personnel system and evaluation system in private university staff construct・introduce, and studies about the personnel system in private university staffs in case study of A university which overcame those problems and tried to introduce those systems. And this research investigates and analyzes about an outline and an details to composition of the personnel system in A university and a way of composing and introducing. Of course, the general way of thinking about the personnel system also mentions. I think that the new personnel system in A university is particularly worthy to take notice in the way to introduction than the system itself.続きを見る
