| 概要 |
1 We extracted 36 case reports from the literatures of the past 10 years to analyze the concrete status of discharge instructions by hospital nurses in home health care. 2 Various functions of the hos...pital nurses in charge of discharge instructions were confirmed and thus the needs of the specialist in this field must be emphasized. 3 The validity of the informal instructions as well as the experiential learning was found. Therefore, discharge instructions based on the social learning theory and the needs of the teaching method to cope with the complex medical skills have to be put stress upon.
1 過去10年間の看護系文献から事例報告・研究を抽出し，その内の34件（36事例）について在宅療養に向けた病院内看護者による退院指導の状況を明らかにした。2 調査結果から，退院指導に関わる看護者の多様な機能を検討し，退院指導専門者の必要性を考察した。3 退院指導の方法として体験学習と間接的指導の有効性を明らかにし，社会学習理論による退院指導の提唱と高度な医療状況に対応できる指導方法の必要性を検討した。続きを見る
