The purpose of the research is to examined the relationship between the social anxiety tendency and the cognition of child rearing attitudes at school age. The authors took inventory survey for social anxiety tendency at both the present, childhood, and child rearing attitudes in school age. As a result, I realized that people with high social anxiety tendency to recognize that it is type of "affectionless control". Additionally, that people with high social anxiety tendency at the present has the same tendency at school age. Therefore, it became clear that the current social anxiety tendency starts from the school age, and this tendency has continued since school age. And, it became clear that people with high social anxiety tendency has on certain cognition of child rearing attitude. These results, suggest that understanding type of "affectionless control" is importat1t for the effective psychological interventions.
