| 概要 |
On nursing of the patients with anorexia nervosa an inquiery was made to the 226 nursing teams in 118 general hospitals of Fukuoka prefecture. Main questionares were consist of communication problems ...with the patients, abnormal behaviors and the coping, suicidal attempts and the prevention and so on. Fifty answers, which had experienced nursing of the patients with anorexia nervosa were analysed on the upper items. The result showed that difficulty of communication with the patients was basic, and of abnormal behaviors, overeating, vomiting, discard of foods, abuse of laxatives and eating by stealth were very frequent, of which controls was also main concern for the nurses.続きを見る
