概要	In the present paper, a lattice path in the nonnegative orthant in the $ (k+1) $-dimensional integer lattice is considered. The generating functions are obtained for the numbers of lattice paths restr...icted by two parallel hyperplanes satisfying various conditions and are expressed by rational functions of $ k $-variables.
