近年，キャンパスが分散している大学などでは遠隔講義が行われている．遠隔講義は従来の講義に比べ，実際に講義をしている教師と遠隔地の教室にいる学生との間でコミュニケーションをとることが難しい．そこで，学生の学習状況を教師に伝えることができるシステムがあれば，講義中にその学生が積極的に講義を受けているのかを判断する助けとなる．本研究では，端末室を使用した遠隔講義において，学生の学習動作の検出を行い，それ...らの情報を教師に伝えるシステムを提案する．具体的には，ディスプレイの上に設置されたカメラでPC の前に座っている学生を撮影する．その撮影された画像の処理により，学生が向いている方向を検出する．また，PC 内のイベント検出処理により，端末を使っている学生の見ているウィンドウ名，キーボード操作とマウス操作の有無を調べる．それらの情報のフィードバックにより教師は学生が積極的に講義を受けているかどうかを判断することができるというシステムである． /The universities which have distribution campuses have been taking in Distance Education Course (DEC). The communication between a teacher and students in DEC environment is more difficult in comparison with conventional courses. Therefore, if there is a system which can inform a teacher of a student’s study attitude, the system helps the teacher to judge whether each student takes part in a lecture positively. This paper proposes a system which can inform a teacher of results of detection of student’s study attitude. In more detail, a student in front of a personal computer (PC) is captured with a camera on a display. By the image processing, the system detect a direction which the student is looking at. Moreover, by the detection of event in student’s PC, the system investigates existence of a keyboard and a mouse operation, and a window title of a window which the student is looking at.
