| 概要 |
This paper is a case study on a trial of facilitaior training for structured encounter group by “Several Co-Facilitators Method”. Three training facilitators facilitated a structured encunter group (8... sessions. 90 minutes, every week, school) with an expert facilitator. We described the group structure and group process of this group. And we considered next 3 poinis. (1) Characteristics of “Several Co-Facilitators Method” compared with “Single Co Facilitator Method”, (2) Co Facilitator experience, (3) problems with “Several Co-Facilitators Method”.
