| Abstract |
In recent times the Dora case, the first of Freud's great analytic cases which used to be a model for psychoanalytic students, has received critical attention from psychoanalytic scholars such as P.Ma...hony whose detailed and brilliant works have really inspired the author to write this article. The author at first summarizes the case history, and several critical points, which vigilant critics have made in regard to Freud's understandings and treatments of the case, including the significant omission of Dora's mother from the case description and the absence of Freud's awareness of the conspiratorial alliance with the father and Mr.K. In the rest, the author argues that the linguistic understanding and usage of the ambiguities and metaphorical structures of her wordings, in spite of the critical points, should be what we can learn most from the case report to grasp psychopathology of neurotic cases including hysterics and psychosomatics.
フロイトの報告したドラ症例は, 彼の本格的症例報告としては最初のもので, 精神分析を学ぶ者たちにとっては教科書的存在であった。しかし, 最近では精神分析研究者からの批判の対象になっており, とくにP.Mahonyの詳細で質の高い研究は, この小論の著者である私にこれを書かせることになった。その前半では, 病歴を要約し, 本症例のフロイトの理解と取り扱いでこれまで注意深く批判されている諸点を紹介しているが, そこには母親についての無視の意味や, 父親やＫ氏との共謀的な同盟関係についてフロイト自身が気づいていないことなどが含まれている。後半では, 患者の言い回しの曖昧さや比喩的構造について, 治療者が言語学的に理解し活用することが, その批判点にもかかわらず, 本症例からもっとも学ぶべきところのひとつであり, それはヒステリーや心身症を患う神経症患者の精神医学病理を把握するために役立つものであることを論じている。show more
