Abstract	電気パルス刺激の子実体発生への効果について, サナギタケおよびタモギタケで検討した。電気刺激処理を施すことで, いずれも子実体の増収効果が認められた。さらに, 各々の生理活性成分である, コルジセピンおよびエルゴオネインの含有量が増大することが明らかになった。 Effect of the electric pulsed power on Cordyceps militaris and Pleurot...us cornucopiae was examined on the artificial medium. Fruit body formation was promoted, and cordycepin and ergothioneine contents were increased with the electric pulse stimulation.show more
