Notes	本研究では，思春期発達障害児を対象としたグループセラピーにおいて，クライエント企画プログラムにおける企画の達成感や他者からの受容感を高める工夫として，プログラムの最後に活動を振り返り，一人一人に感想を尋ね，グループ全体に返していく時間（以下，シェアリング）を導入した事例を報告し，シェアリングの意義及び，シェアリング導入に向けた展開の工夫や配慮について考察した。シェアリングを導入することは，企画担当児の受容感や達成感を高めるだけでなく，フィードバックを行う他児が他者を意識した感想を述べることによる社会的スキル獲得の場としての機能があると考えられた。さらには，グループ全体の相互作用を高める効果があると推察された。また，その際の展開の工夫と配慮としてシェアリングに先立ち企画者の意図を全体で共有する時間を設けること，対象児の特徴に合わせた個別的な支援を行うことなどの有効性が示された。特に，否定的な発言が出やすい児に対しては，他者を意識したフィードバックを促しつつ，プログラム中に対象児が抱いた感情に配慮し，対象児が受け容れやすい表現を提案することが肝要であると考えられる。
Notes	In this research, we report case examples of group therapy for children with adolescent developmental disabilities. We reported examples of introducing "sharing" in the "client project's" and discussed the significance of "sharing", and ingenuity and consideration for "sharing "introduction. Introducing "sharing" is not only enhancing the sense of acceptance of children in charge of the project but also functions as a place of social skill acquisition such as feedback while guessing the feelings of others It was. Furthermore, it is presumed that there is an effect to enhance the interaction of the whole group. In addition, as a way of devising and consideration of deployment, the effectiveness such as setting time to share the planner's intention as a whole prior to "sharing", and providing individual support according to the characteristics of the target child was shown. Especially for children who tend to have negative remarks, while giving consideration to other people, considering the emotions held by the target children during the program, and proposing expressions that the target children can easily accept It is considered to be essential.
