Morphological observations were conducted on the asynaptic plant found in the progenies of wild senna (Cassia Tora L.) collected in Nagasaki City after atomic bomd explosion in 1945. It is difficult to distinguish morphologically the asynaptic plant from the normal one in the early stage of the growth, but easy after the flowering time. Although it is not considered that there is significant difference between the normal and the asynaptic plant on hight, mean number of placentas per pod and length of guard cells of stomata, a remarkable difference is recognized between the normal and the asynaptic plant on mean number of branches per plant and seeds per pod. Germination percentage of the seeds produced from the normal and the asynaptic plant was 76,2 and 22,4 respectively.
