The purpose of this study was to study "Dohsa Method" shown in the previous research: The importance of Trainee to move and feel own initiative. They overcome the limit that they feel, it become easier to grasp movement for themselves. On the same subject, straddle anteflexion, we researched how different helps with "Dohsa Method" can effect on the experience and feeling of Trainee by 3 groups ; The group that is not aware of the movement limit of Trainee (Group I), The group that shares the movement limit of Trainee (Group II), The group that shares the movement limit and self-effort to try to move more after the limit of Trainee (Group III). As a result, there was a significant gain in Group III, which shows that helping their effort to move the body after they felt the limit is relevant to the active feeling of Trainee. On the other hand, it is assumed that even there was no help after the limit, the experience of Trainee that moved with Trainers effect on the improvement of negative mental status.
