概要 |
The purpose of this study is to investigate stress among special needs school teachers and its psychological factors. Questionnaire was conducted to 904 teachers and the relationship between stressors..., stress reactions and coping behavior were analyzed. The result showed:(1) the importance of special needs school teachers to have basic teaching skills before acquiring professional skills of special needs education; and(2) the requirement to coordinate emotional support system such as counseling for teachers to reduce their stress. This study suggests appropriate use of school counselor and school social worker would enhance and develop the support system and special needs education.続きを見る
