Abstract This paper solves the problem of estimating lifted state-space models for a class of dual-rate systems in which input sampling period is an integer multiple of output sampling period from the input-ou...tput data directly. We first derive the lifted model of this class of dual-rate system to prove that the lifted model can be an indirect model for the original dual-rate system. Then based on the input-output data we estimate the lifted model using N4SID algorithms.show more
