Abstract	We introduce two techniques to approximate and analyze fitness landscape for evolutionary search enhancement. One involves dimensionality reduction method used for fitness landscape approximation to r...educe the computational complexity of the fitting. The other uses Fourier transform to obtain the frequency information of fitness landscape for search acceleration and multi-modal optimization.
