This paper presents a Small-Scale Integrated Saba Banana Flour Mill designed to support small-scale farmers in tropical regions by offering an affordable milling solution. The study assessed different... dehydrator and flour mill treatments to optimize performance, finding that the dehydrator had a maximum efficiency of 60% and the flour mill 84.56%. Economic analysis revealed low operating costs, a high return rate of 142.26%, and a short payback period of 0.72 years. The mill shows improved banana processing efficiency and strengthens the economic stability of small farming communities.続きを見る
