概要 Tar, as is well-known, can affect the gasification operating system, so tar generation should be reduced. By adjusting the air flow rate, this study is expected to limit tar generation. This research ...will use wood pellets to limit the amount of tar produced during gasification. In experiments, wood pellets contained 2% moisture and air flow rates ranged 40, 60 and 80 Liters/min. Gravimetric and Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry measurements were also conducted to evaluate the amount and density of tar. The amount of tar products decreased as the air flow rate increased. According to the research, phenol is the most prevalent component of tar, whereas indene is the least common. When the air flow rate was the highest (80 Liters/min), the least amount of tar was produced. Tar compounds will be used to determine tar quantification. The characteristics of Class 4 (LPH) and Class 5 (HPH) tar were radically changed by increasing the air flow rate.続きを見る
