The current-driven instabilities for the electron drift velocity larger than the electron thermal velocity in a parallel magnetic field is studied using the Vlasov equation. It is found that the insta...bility due to the anomalous Doppler effect appears in addition to the Buneman instability when the magnetic field is applied and the neutralized ion Bernstein wave instability appears for the strong magnetic fields.続きを見る
