Notes	本稿では，思春期の発達障碍を持つ児童を対象としたグループセラビーに参加した3人の事例を振り返ることを通して，対人場面において緊張や防衛的態度を示す発達障碍児に対して，その防衛的態度や緊張を緩和し，自由な自己表現や生き生きと活動を楽しめるためのプログラム上の工夫について考察した。3人の児童は，これまでの対人場面における失敗や，認知的な特性ゆえに，他者との交流場面で自身の意見や気持ちの表出が難しく，また失敗を恐れる傾向があった。このような児童に対して， ①認知的な特性や消極的な態度に配慮し話し合いの際に意見を言いやすいようルール理解を促し，話し合いでの話題を明確にすること， ②紙黙傾向の児童に対しては，言葉以外の表現方法を用いる活動を計画し言葉で発言する際もあまり多くの言語表出を求めないよう配慮すること， ③失敗を恐れる傾向が強い児童に対しては，他者への配慮が必要となる活動ではなく，純粋に身体を動かして楽しめる活動や，協力の在り方が複雑でない活動を計画すること，自身のベースを保ちながら活動できるよう配慮した。その結果，緊張や防衛的な態度が減少し，自身の意見を自由に表現するような様子が多く見られるようになったと考えられた。
Notes	In this study, group therapy was conducted on three adolescent children with developmental disorders displaying defensive attitudes and nervousness in interpersonal relations. We supported them to feel relaxed, freely express themselves, and participate actively. The three children were passive or had fear because of their cognitive characteristics or failed experiences in interpersonal scenarios. First, we encouraged understanding of rules and clarified the discussion considering cognitive characteristics and passive attitudes. Second, we urged that child with mutism be encouraged to express themselves in other ways apart from language. Third, we provided enjoyable activities accompanied by physical exercise and easy cooperation, which were slowly paced for the child who had fear of failure. As a result, their nervousness and defensive attitudes were disappeared and they learned to express their opinions and feelings freely.
