Abstract	子宮頸癌の手術不能例や再発例に対して行われる全身化学療法の奏効率は70%前後と高い。子宮頸癌の術後補助療法として放射線治療が標準的に行われているが、全身化学療法の術後補助療法としての有効性を後方視的に比較検討した。両者の再発率に有意差はなかったが、放射線療法は照射野内の局所再発率が低い傾向が認められた。
