| Abstract |
徳川将軍家の元服儀礼に関して検討したが、その結果は次のとおりである。①徳川将軍家の元服儀礼に関する朝幕交渉において、律令制的官位制度にもとづく有職故実・先例や家例が原理として貫徹していたこと。②官位叙任儀礼において天皇と将軍との間の君臣関係が確認できること。③徳川家光は、摂関家や鎌倉・室町両幕府の将軍家世嗣の元服例に倣った正四位中将の叙任と明らかに差がつく「直叙従三位直任大納言」、さらには「叡慮」...による正二位への「推叙」により徳川将軍家が摂関家より明らかに優越する家格を確立したこと。④天皇を「王」とする「王権」システムにおいて徳川将軍家を天皇の下、最高の「権門」として確立している。⑤天皇や上皇が「御冠」「烏帽子」「御懸緒」を徳川将軍家に贈っていることは徳川将軍家の家格を上昇させていること。⑥国家システムとしての叙任権者は天皇であるが、「直叙従三位直任大納言」「推叙正二位」という官位を実質的に選択決定しているのは徳川家光であったこと。⑦「 直叙従三位直任大納言」「推叙正二位」という官位を実質的に選択決定しているのは徳川家光であるものの、この事象も、家光はいかなる「勢力」を有そうとも飽くまでも天皇の「君主」としての叙任を仰ぐ「朝臣」であるため、天皇を「王」とする「王権」システムの埒内にあること。
1, Yusokukojitsu-precedent（有職故実） and family precdent based on Ritsuryosei（律令制） specific rank system had been penetration as a principle in the negotiations between the court and the shogunate on the ceremony of attaining manhood ritual of the shogunate Tokugawa Shogun. 2, The lord and vassal relationship between the emperor and the Tokugawa Shogun could be confirmed in the rank investiture ritual 3, Tokugawa Iemitsu（徳川家光） had established the family status of the Tokugawa Shogunate which was clearly superior than regent house by appointment of the Ju3i Dainagon （直叙従三位直任大納言） and the promotion to the Shou2i（正二位） by the recommendation（推叙） of the Emperor at the time of the ceremony of attaining manhood. 4, Tokugawa Shogunate had established the highest status of Kenmon （権門） in the kingship system that the Emperor is king. 5, Though Tokugawa Iemitsu had a powerful force and determined the rank of his family, Tokugawa Iemitsu was within the framework of the "sovereignty" system to the "king" of the Emperor because he was a vassal given a rank by the Emperor.show more
