It seems that the goals of foreign language education at university include both foreign language ability and cross-cultural understanding. One of the most effective ways to resolve the problem is to make the best use of the computer-assisted self-learning systems. As an effort to assist after-class hour learning, WebOCM system has been introduced in Korean language classes at Kyushu University.
