As the characteristics of the Kyushu University Admissions Officer Training Course, 65.5% of the participants had less than 5 years of experience in admissions work, and nearly 90% of them were satisf...ied with the course, so the course was considered to be worthwhile even if it cost more than 10,000 yen. The results of the questionnaires collected at the Admissions Officer Training Course indicate that the respondents were anxious about their careers in admission work, but also concerned about the lack of consultation partners and the lack of understanding of the colleague due to the professional and confidential nature of the admissions work. Based on the analysis of the questionnaires, it is suggested that the Admissions Officer Training Course functioned as a means to solve the anxiety of people who were anxious about their careers in admissions work, the lack of consultation partners, and the anxiety of not being understood by those around them because of their specialized and confidential work. The significance of this Admissions Officer Training Course was evident in the fact that it provided an opportunity to create a valuable FD network for university faculties and administrators, including those with little experience in their work.続きを見る
