This is a case study of a trial of facilitator training for a structured encounter group by the "Several Co-Facilitators Method IV". Four trainee facilitators co-facilitated a structured encounter gro...up consisting of eight 90 minute sessions on a weekly pace under the guidance of an experienced facilitator in an undergraduate lesson. The group structure, process, and remarks were discussed. The combination of co-facilitators of different genders and nationalities was one of the characteristics of this trial.続きを見る
