概要 |
Wind forces acting on a tower-supported steel stack affected by its ancillary equipment, such as a steel tower and stairway, were investigated by a wind tunnel test. A one-hundredth-scale rigid model ...of upper half of a tower-supported steel stack of 200m in height was used and the wind pressure on the surface of stack model was measured under a uniform flow. As a result, it was found that the drag coefficient and fluctuating lift coefficient of the model stack with the ancillary equipment were smaller than those on a pure stack model, especially near the top of the stack. Fluctuating lift coefficient was dependent to wind direction, and the coefficient at attack angle of 45 degrees was smaller than those at the angle of 0 degrees.続きを見る
