| 概要 | By reference to the situation in France and Europe, as a measure against illegal content on the Internet, a measure to crack down hyperlinks to illegal contents will be considered. However, it is diff...icult to respond by interpreting the Copyright law, and it is not advisable to expand the Right of public transmission (Article 23). It is better to deal with an act deemed to constitute infringement of Copyright (Article 113), but its application requirements should be strict.
