| 概要 |
There is a great urgency on city restoration with the increase of industry shifting so as globalization in these few decades. In Japan, festivals and city restoration program 'Creative City' are getti...ng more and more popular. In this study, old coalmining towns are selected as a case study to see the possibility of Arts on city restoration. These towns usually owned different valuable history, culture and technique. Recently, the facilities in the towns and together with their history and culture were re-titled as 'Modem heritage'. In order to continue to dispatch these valuable history and culture, local citizens should first be proud of their town's history and culture. While there are a decrease on the parties concerning coalmines, this study intends to conduct art project by 'Coal Paint' it made from coal and coal ash for locals, in order to promote their cultures, creativity and also, making-full-use of cultural materials.続きを見る
