概要 |
To establish resource recycling-based society, some cities, towns and villages have started to try recycling kitchen waste from households. In this study, the authors examined 29 cases of local govern...ments which recycle raw garbage and 16 cases of those that stopped. Districts leaved off recycling when they faced some internal and external problems at the circulative usage system. The major internal factors were failure of garbage separation, stink, low demands for outputs. Superannuated establishment and integrated abolishment with neighbor governments also affect as the external factors. Above all, separation of the raw wastes is regarded as important matter to maintain the recycling system. This study focuses on how they introduce and carry out the separate collection of kitchen garbage, taking up the process at the case of Ooki town, Fukuoka. It suggests some implementations which encourage the local residents to behave cooperative with garbage separation.続きを見る
