| 概要 |
When considering the evolution of industrial region, we should pay more due regards to the localization of the culture in the region. With the growth of economy, the economy of status exerts more infl...uence on the innovation of industrial technology and arts and the evolution of industrial region, than the economy of speed, the economy of scope and the economy of scale in the market and in the society. The increased productivity based on the economy of scale and the economy of scope enabled the mass production and mass sales, which urged the expansion of the industrial orbit on the global scene and, in turn, the taking much care of local cultures for development, production, management and sales in the international market. Even in the liberalized and standardized world market beyond the national barriers, it is important to pay more attention to the local culture for systematizing the production system, especially in the training of workers such as Kanban (Just-in-System) and Soi-Kufu-Teian (propose and practice of original and creative idea). Those are the twin wheels for mastering the modern Japanized production system of Toyota Motor, improved in the traditional Japanese cultures, Monozukrui (manufacturing with spirit)and Mottainai(complete use of the material and cultural value). These cultures are developed by the traditional Japanese innovative thought that the human beings should develop the hevean-sent and natural value of material as much as possible. In this sense, the natural providence and the human ethics become more important than ever especially in the era of mutation as a result of opening of Neo Industrial Revolution driven by the environmental industry and the welfare industry. The environmental and the security technology and thought developed by Toyota Motor gradually transferred into its regional orbit, the Tokai automobile industrial area based on its iconography. This localization of culture with technology enabled the modernization of local industry to be the core industrial area in Japan on the global scene, such as the Sansyu roof tile industry and the Okazaki stone cut industry. The feedback loop between local traditional industries and modern industries in this region cultivated the innovative thought; the recycled textile industry along the Yahagi River and the original strategic thought of shougi (Japanese chess) developed by the local lord, Oda who reunified Japan. The three distinguished leaders that ended the civil wars encouraged not only the chess but also the tea ceremony. The tea ceremony generates the calm and the artless ethos and climate that become more important than ever in the stressful society and the long life society. It innovated the traditional ceramic industry, together with the automobile industry by the sharp design and the advanced technologies toward the global design center in the global market and society, paying due regards to the environment and the ecological life beyond the capitalistic world market and society.続きを見る
