| 概要 |
This paper is a case study on a tarial of facilitator training for structured encounter group by “Co-Facilitator Method”. Training facilitator facilitated a structured encounter group (8 sessions, 90 ...minutes, every week, school) with a expert facilitator. We described the group structure and group process of this group. And we considered next 4 points. (l)Three kinds of time in the “Co-Facilitator Method”, (2)multi roles of co-facilitator, (3)the experiences of co-facilitator, and (4)the impact for co-facilitator.
本論文は、「共同司会者方法」による構造エンカウンターグループでの司会者トレーニングの試験のケーススタディーである。司会者トレーニングは司会者のエキスパートとの構造ストラクチャーグループ(8セッション、90分、毎週、スクール)を容易にする。われわれは、このグループのグループ構造と、グループの過程を述べた 。われわれは、次の4点について考察した。(1)「共同司会者方法」には3種の時間がある、(2)共同司会者のたくさんの役割、(3)共同司会者の経験、(4共同司会者のインパクトである。続きを見る
