| 概要 |
The purpose of this thesis is to investigate reminiscence therapy for elderly people. The elderly people have several obstacles, including physical, psychological and environmental factors. The number... of psycyological studies of elderly has increased in Japan and other countries every year for the last several years. The thesis will discuss some of the reminiscence therapies in view of implications. The previous research of this fields, controlled the treatment outcome studies, methodologically rigorous, clinically supported factors, case studeis and the term reminiscence will need to be clarfied, in order to identify and develop effective therapeutic techniques.
本論文では高齢者に対する回想(法)に関する研究を展望している。高齢者はさまざまな側面で多くの課題を抱えている。近年高齢者に関する心理学的援助や研究は年々増加している。そうした中で, 高齢者援助に適用されやすいとされる回想(法)をとりあげ, 回想(法)の現状と課題について検討した。これからは効果研究, 研究デザインの洗練, 援助者要因の検討, 事例研究の必要性や回想という用語の定義付けの明確化などが必要であることが示唆された。 続きを見る
