| 概要 |
A questionnaire for health support and screening of 1st-year students at Kyushu University is presented. The reliability of the questions contained in the questionnaire was evaluated and our findings... are here in reported. Each of the questions is answered as either yes or no. The reliability of the questions was examined using Cohen's kappa under test retest conditions. The reliability test revealed that almost all questions regarding both general health conditions and a past history of diseases demonstrated significant and substantial reliability.
九州大学の新入生の健康調査に用いられている質問 票「健康生活支援調査パッケージ」を提示し(付録)，その「一般健康状態について」の16の質問項目と 「既往歴について」の9つの質問項目について信頼性を検討した結果を報告した。約200名の在校生におけ る再テスト法を用いたκ係数による検討で，すべての質問項目が有意な信頼性を有していることが判った。 また，約60名の学生における同質問票の改訂前の質問票との比較検討においても，同質問票が引き続いて 十分な信頼性を有することが示された。この検討の結果から，この質問票を用いた調査研究データが十分な 信頼性を有するものであることが確認された。続きを見る
