| 概要 |
This study focused on developing a method for diagnostically testing the athlete's psychological state during competition, which is useful for coaching in mental conditioning. A survey was conducted ...of 294 athletes participated to sports events in 1997 in order to develop a diagnostic method. Upon development of this method, we applied it to 1099 athletes participated to National Athletic Meet in 1989 and 1990 and examined the efficacy. The major results are as follows: 1. A questionnaire consisting of 10 items was prepared to diagnose the psychological state during competition. A survey was conducted using the questionnaire, and the data obtained was analyzed using statistical techniques. The results proved the validity of each items of the questions and their reliability as a diagnostic test. 2. The athlete's psychological states during competition were compared using this questionnaire. The highest scoring group of athletes was the one being excellent in self evaluation of "mental power", degree of performing at the best of one's ability, result of competition and psychological state before competition. It was also suggested that this questionnaire would be useful for coaching in mental conditioning during competition. 3. Based on these results, and after proper formatting for a diagnostic test form, the Diagnostic Inventory of Psychological State During Competition (DIPS-D. 2) was produced.
各種スポーツ大会に参加した高校生，大学生，社会 人選手及び国民体育大会に参加した選手を対象にして，試合中の心理状態の診断法とその有効性について考察した。 そのおもな結果は次のとおりである。1．10項目から構成される試合中の心理状態診断法の質問項目の妥当性，診断検査としての信頼性及び因子について証明することができた。 2．作成された本検査と精神力の自己評価，実力発揮度，競技成績の関係について項目別及び合計得点の比較を行った結果，すべて有意な関係が認められ本検査の有効性を証明することができた。 3．本検査法と心理的競技能力(DIPCA.2)を比較すると国体選手では有意な関係がみられた。しかし，大学サッカー選手では有意な関係は認められず，本検査と試合前の心理状態(DIPS-B.1)の関係では有意な関係が認められ，心理的競技能力は試合前の心理状態と有意な関係が認められた。 4．関連する3つの診断検査と実力発揮度及び競技成績との関係を考察することができた。 5．以上の結果より，「試合中の心理状態診断検査(Diagnostic Inventory of Psychological State During Competition，略してDIPS-D.2)」を作成した。続きを見る
