| 概要 |
The purpose of the paper was to clarity the attributes affectig GHQ60 factors among workers. The subjects were 1,511 workers employed in an automobile company. We compiled a questionnaire including ag...e, sex, marrige status, work place, job category, the TypeA personality and GHQ60 as indicators of the mental health state. Among them, 1,511 employees responded the questionnaire and 1,373 answered all questions of GHQ60. The results of factor analysis of GHQ60 among them revealed that the GHQ60 was mainly consisted of four factors such as "anxiety and mild depression", "severe depression", "somatization" and "loss of reactivity". After a multiple logistic regression analysis, the attributes influencing workers mental health state were as follows. 1. The factor of "anxiety and mild depression" was related to age, work place, the Type A personality and sports habit. 2. The factor of "severe depression" was associated with job category. 3. The factor of "somatization" was related to age and the Type A personality. 4. The factor of "loss of reactivity" was associated with age.続きを見る
