Several autoepitaxies of tabular {001} sylvite crystals were observed in the crystallization from KCl aqueous solution containing 0.4g/1000gH_2O lead ions as an impurity. The mutual orientations of th...e individuals were measured and the corresponding two-dimensional coincidence lattices on the (001) plane were found. The nucleation condition for the autoepitaxies was briefly discussed on the basis of two-dimensional nucleation theory.続きを見る
