Since 2016, the Kyushu University Initiative for the Future Development of Education has been working on professional staff training to support educational management. In this report, we show recent c...ontents and achievements of the training program. Furthermore, affiliations, positions of participants, and motives for participation are analyzed to elucidate the current status of the training programs. Analysis revealed that there was a tendency for participants to be beginners. This suggests that the training programs work well as training for beginners. In the last part of this report, we discuss perspectives of the professional staff in the University Education.続きを見る
