After 1970s, soil and underground water pollution have occurred mainly in the factories of chemical product makers or electorical device makers, which use large amounts of chemical materials. Causes of those pollutions are imcompletion of protection facilities, human errors, and so on. It is important that the GOvernment improves laws relating to the soil and groundwater pollution and enterprises promote voluntary environmental acting in o\rder to reduce occurrence of them. Efforts that both sides should execute in future were suggested.
