概要 |
A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the relationship between mental health, fatigue and career of exercise club activity, since junior high school, for a sample of 225 first grade stud...ents in a public high school. Available data were obtained from 195 students, yielding an effective response rate of 86.7%. The main result obtained were as follows: (1) CES-D and Fatigue score of present entire sample was higher than those of Japanese junior high school students. (2) CES-D score of a group who are taking exercise as club activity since then junior high school days was highest among sub-groups. (3) CES-D score of a group who are taking exercise in high school club activity was higher than the other groups. (4) Significant relationships were observed between CES-D score and fatigue score among groups who are not taking exercise club activity in high school. These suggested that career pattern of school exercise club activity should be taken into account make fully understand their depressive symptomatology.続きを見る
