The important things in agricultural infrastructure improvement are increasing the productivities and efficiencies of work in cultivation. Recently, keeping of multifunctional roles at hilled are is becoming indispensable to establishing the sustainable hilled area. This time, we consider environmental changes of solar energy, soil moisture, soil temperature and soil erosion, resulted from the land adjustment. Various environmental changes and characteristics are clarified on the agricultural fields with different slopes and azimuths. Reclamations of the hilled area will improev the productive conditions, but on the other hand, sometimes and unexpectedly bring about the unprofitable conditions on the ecosystem, landscape and soil conservation. For preventing these losses, it would be requested to make observations and to accumulate the data related to environment, and to keep positive atitude on mitigation.
