This research aimed to clarify the factor that the household spending resides in the farm village by analysis was done by using Statistics Bureau "STATISTICAL OBSERVATION OF SHI, KU, MACHI, MURA 2001" which is the statistical data according to cities, towns, and villages which show the realities of the national life whole based on the regional selection theory by Montgomery, Kato, and Oshima, etc. The conclusions from the analysis are as follow: 1.It was clarfied that it made amends for the wealth gap between the city and the farm village by the following four regional environmental factors. The first, low the price of land residental quarter. Secondarily, the job opportunity to the agriculture intended for the regional environment peculiar to the farm village. Thirdly the life in the second family generation. The 4th little crime occurrence. 2.Next the order attached importance as the regional environmental factor to make amends for the wealth gap between the city and the farm village is a low degree of the price of land (residental quarter), the job opportunity to the agriculture , lief in the second family generation ,and little crime occurrence.
