| 概要 |
The study is based on the assumption that elderly people decrease opportunities for going out,and tend to lose routines that they had before retirement. A number of disciplines focus on this phenomeno...n of going out. Yet these studies treat going out episodes as a variable or an aspect for explaining other features of the elderly people's lives. This research explores the nature of going out activities and focused on "stopping-by" episodes. The study revealed: (1) categorical differences in the type of place; (2) categorical differences in the type of action;and (3) categorizes of people encountered during going out activities. In the discussion it was argued that: (1) activities of stopping-by are contingent on the going out to particular stops; (2) there are different characteristics in place for stopping-by and going to stops; and (3) episodes of stopping-by can be found in the sequence of actions.続きを見る
