概要 |
This article is a practicing research by which the facilitator training of a structured encounter group by "Several co-facilitators methods III " is attempted. Three trained facilitators and an experi...enced facilitator took charge of a structured encounter group. The past methods of training facilitator were improved, and the method of "Co-facilitator's originally making the program" was adopted for the first time. The composition of the group, the process of the group, and the experience of Co-Facilitator was described. And a peculiar point of this method was identified, compared with some past methods. It was able to be concluded that Co-Facilitator method III was useful as the method of training facilitator. In addition, the improvement point of this method was discussed.続きを見る
