| 概要 |
Cold pressor test (CPT) was applied to 43 hypertensive and 19 normotensive students. The hypertensives were classified into 3 groups on the ground that how many times they showed the blood pressure ab...ove 150mmHg in systolic pressure and/or above 90 mmHg in diastolic pressure during three successive days after they were diagnosed as hypertensive at the regular examination of Kyushu University ; (1) Group 1 which satisfied the criteria at any time, (2) Group 2 which satisfied the criteria once or twice, (3) Group 3 which satisfied no criteria at any time. After CPT, all subjects were divided into 2 subtypes, hyporeactor and hyperreactor on the basis of, respectively, a rise less than, or more than, 20 mmHg in systolic and 15 mmHg in diastolic blood pressure. Hyperreactors were revealed in 41.1 percent of group 1, in 25 percent of group 2, in 20 percent of group 3 and in 5.3 percent of normotensives. The simultaneous measurement of both blood pressure and catecholamines during CPT was also performed in 10 hypertensives and 10 normotensives ; the mean increase of blood pressure during CPT was 21.1/17.7 mmHg in 10 hypertensives and 10.1/10.2mmHg in 10 normotensives. The heart rate showed the tendency to increase during CPT in both groups. The DBH before CPT tended to be higher in 10 hypertensives than in 10 normntensives, although plasma catecholamines and renin activity before CPT were within normal range in both groups. During CPT, 3 among 10 hypertensives showed the significant increase of noradrenaline and 2 of 3 showed also the significant increases of blood pressure (hyperreactor), although 7 of hypertensives and 10 normotensives showed no increase of noradrenaline. However, there was no significant change of adrenaline in both groups. These results suggest that CPT is a useful examination for analysis of mechanism of labile hypertension as well as for screenig of labile hypertension.続きを見る
