| 概要 |
We investigated learning situation of the nursing process during the clinical nursing practice, for 3 graders nursing students in the K University School of Health Sciences, using the self-evaluation.... As result, 1) The nursing students had high consciousness and readiness for the nursing from the clinical nursing practice initial stage. 2) The item of assessment and nursing diagnosis was lower during all clinical nursing practice periods than the date collection, and the incompleteness of analysis and integration ability mastery was indicated. 3) Planning and treatment showed the high self-evaluation, and the learning style of nursing students whom it studied from the practice was confirmed. 4) The mastery item number increased around practical training which held the summer closure, and the effect by the turn for reconfirmation and clinical nursing practice of a knowledge during the summer period was considered. 5) Following fact was considered as a problem in clinical nursing practice guidance. (1) The strengthening of the turn of knowledge and technology acquired in the science in the clinical practice initial stage. (2) The examination of guidance method for the rearing of analysis and integration ability throughout the clinical practice whole period.
K大学医療技術短期大学部看護学科3年生を対象に，臨地実習における看護過程の学習状況に関する自己評価を用いた調査を行った。調査から，以下の点が明らかになった。1) 看護学生は，実習初期より看護に対する高い意識や心構えをもって実習に臨んでいた。2) 情報収集と比較し，アセスメントおよび看護診断の項目は全実習期間中において低く，分析・統合能力習得の不十分さが示唆された。3) 計画と実施は高い自己評価を示し，実践から学ぶ看護学生の学習スタイルが確認された。4) 夏期休業をはさんだ実習前後では習得項目数が増加し，夏期期間中における知識の再確認と実習に対する振り返りによる影響が考えられた。5) 実習指導上の課題として以下のことが考えられた。(1) 実習初期における，学内で習得した知識と技術の振り返りの強化。(2) 実習全期間を通した，分析・統合能力の育成に向けた指導方法の検討続きを見る
