九州大学における附属図書館と情報基盤センターとの連携は,双方の組織の一部を触合したことと,両組織が一統協力して電子図書館機能の強化を図ると共に,情報リテラシー教育等を進めていること,附属図書館の研究開発の整備を図っていることなどに特徴がある。本稿は,これまでの経緯を述べると共に,情報サロン,貴重資料の電子化,イメージデータによる図書目録カード検索システム,マルチメディア掲示板,キャンパスインフォメ...ーションシステム,電子的情報の収集・検索システム,ICタグによる図書館管理システム,情報リテラシー教育などの個々の実施状況について具体的に紹介する。更に,九州芸術工科大学との統合,新キャンパスの移転統合が予定される中での今後の在り方について述べる。
Collaboration between Kyushu University Library and the Computing & Communications Center changed part of the organizational structure of each unit, but the combined strength also meant that they were able to make considerable progress on developing the digital library and information literacy education. This paper introduces developments to date relating to the Information Salon, digitization of rare books, bibliographic retrieval system for image data, acquisition and search system for digital information, library management system through IC tags, and an information literacy education program. Also, the paper explores plans for the new campus when Kyushu University consolidates with Kyushu Institute of Design.続きを見る
