概要 |
The purpose of this study is to measure anti-human T-cell lymphotropic virus type- I (anti-HTLV- I ) antibody and rheumatoid factor, and amounts of immunoglobulin and 2-mercaptoethanol (2ME) sensitive... anti-HTLV- I antibody in the anti-HTLV- I antibody positive samples. As the results, the following findings were obtained. 1. The Immunoglobulin amounts of anti-HTLV- I positive sera were approximately the same as those of anti-HTLV- I negative sera. 2. The rheumatoid factor which reacts to denatured human γ-globulin was 48.5% in anti-HTLV- I antibody positive sera and 40% in negative sera. On the other hand, the rheumatoid factor which reacts to denatured rabbit IgG was 27.3% in the former and 3.3% in the latter. Therefore, the specific rheumatic factor was more frequently detected in anti-HTLV- I positive sera. 3. The rate of IgM class antibody in anti-HTLV- I antibody positive sera which were 4 or more sensitive to 2ME was 84.5%.続きを見る
