概要 In this investigation, we would like to analyze the theses written by the members of "FUKUOKAKEN KYOIKU", a newsletter of FUKUOKAKEN KYOIKU-KAI, that was published in early 40's, during World War II. ...These theses have diverse contents, from serious studies to private essays. First we consider these theses from the writer's point of view. Then we focus on the theses by subject, such as the curriculum, history of ideas, local history, reports and remarks. It is worthy of notice that there were writers who contributed the theses frequently. We introduce the theses of 5 of most frequent writers. Some of them had influence in Japanese education even after the war. We analyzed the theses about Science, Math, Japanese, and P.E., for these are the most major subjects that were contributed. Science education was favored as the subject, due to the trend of advancement of science. Many of theses about Math explained textbooks and teaching materials, for it was a newly established subject. There were few theses about moral education. Instead, Japanese unique spiritual ideology was discussed as an issue. History of ideas and Local history were important article groups in "FUKUOKAKEN KYOIKU". This is probably because they wanted to identify the nation and the people back then. Kaibara Ekken was picked as a theme quite often. Also we found many theses written by local history students. Moreover, there were many articles about members' experiences of the various events and the results of their inspections. They used these as reports. The inspections that had been held in overseas territories attracted the interest of the members. Many experience reports about Uchihara Training School were contributed. We consider that it was a part of the training to write the reports about their experience there. We found many articles contributed by the members, which made remarks on education, thoughts and cultural interests. An overwhelming majority of the writers were men. And those women found on rare occasion did not have great writing ability.続きを見る
