The subgenus Hoplandrena of the genus Andrena of eastern Asia is revised, and 11 species are recorded. Three new species, Andrena (Homplandrena) xiyuensis, A. (H.) tibetica, A. (H.) fagopyri are descr...ibed from China. Andrena (Hoplandrena) rosae alfkeni is recoeded from China for the first time. A. (Hoplandrena) pruniphora Hirashima is synonymized with Andrena (Chlorandrena) mudigastra nudigastroides Yasumatsu, which is raised to Andrena (Hoplandrena) nudigastroides.
