It is well known that radiation hardening and embrittlement of A533B steels are very sensitive to Cu content. To investigate the effect of Cu content on microstructural evolution of these materials, A...533B steels containing 0.046wt% and 0.164wt% Cu were irradiated by neutrons at 290℃ in JMTR. After the irradiation, the microstructure of the specimens was observed by transmission electron microcopy. Small dislocation loops formed in matrix and also in the vicinity of dislocation was identified as interstitial dislocation loops by. And the results were compared with the microstructure obtained by Fe ion irradiation using tandem type accelerator.続きを見る
