概要 |
The purpose of this study is to measure the amount of immune complex (IC) of the serum of the following two cases: (a) the case of healthy persons, (b) that of the patients who are positive in the rhe...umatoid factor (RF), in antinuclear antibody (ANA), and in anti-syphilis antibody. The immunoglobulin (Ig) class and antibody activity of the polyethylene glycol (PEG) sediments from samples were also examined. As the results, the following findings were obtained. 1. The mean value of IC in RF and ANA positive samples was significantly more than that of control serum. 2. The positive rates of IC were 90% in RF positive serum, 71.8% in ANA positive serum, and 48.6% in anti-syphilis antibody positive serum, respectively. 3. Ig class of PEG sediments from patient samples showed IgG, and 11〜28% of RF and ANA positive samples additionally showed IgA. 4. Some specific antibody activity of PEG sediments was recognized by the immunological tests.続きを見る
